Policies

Rate: The Eco-Shed is CAD$150/night from October 1 to May 31, and CAD$175/night from June 1 to September 30, for one or two persons. This rate does not include a five percent federal tax.

Deposit: We require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking and the balance upon check-in. The easiest way to do so is via major credit cards through PayPal (note: a PayPal account is not required to complete this transaction). We cannot accept personal cheques.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is 3pm; check-out time is 11am. Thank you in advance for honoring these times.

Extra Persons, Pets: Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate pets or additional persons.

Cleaning Fee: If unusual cleaning is required after your visit, we may ask you to pay an additional $40 fee.

Food and Drink: We provide a small fridge stocked with a complimentary bottle of chilled B.C. wine, and also milk and juice to enjoy with coffee, tea, and the fruit and fresh baked goods that we deliver to your door each morning. However, due to insurance and zoning restrictions, we do not provide any cooking facilities, nor do we allow any cooking in the suite. We are pleased to provide directions to nearby restaurants and cafes.

Smoking: We do not allow any tobacco use anywhere on the property.

Cancellations: If we are able to re-book your dates, we will refund your deposit. If we are unable to do so, we will retain it.
